Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. You have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@irvana.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your return without prior approval, as it will not be accepted.
Acceptable Reasons for Return or Exchange

Quality Issues: If your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide physical photos of the product with the quality problem for us to evaluate the issue.

Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Item Doesn't Fit or Customer Changed Mind: We accept returns for unworn items that do not fit or are no longer desired, as long as they are in new, sellable condition.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

Unused and unworn.

In its original packaging.

With all original tags and labels still attached.
Items that cannot be returned:

Underwear, bikinis, thongs, or similar intimate apparel due to hygiene reasons.

Clearance or final sale items, unless they have a quality issue.

Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.

Items with thread residue, minor color differences due to different production batches, or fading after washing are not considered quality issues and are non-returnable.
Shipping for Returns

Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for reasons such as the item not fitting, a change of mind, or an incorrect size/color ordered. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance (such as FedEx, DHL, or EMS). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if a non-trackable method is used.

Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product).

Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred when the returned items reach customs.
Your return shipment must be sent within 30 days of receiving your Return Authorization (RA) number. Items received after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a defective item or a different size, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement to you.
