Lay-By Policy

At Irvana, we understand that flexibility makes shopping easier. Our Lay-By Payment Option allows you to secure your favorite products and pay them off over time , interest-free.

1. How It Works

  • Lay-By is available on all Irvana products.

  • The payment term is up to 3 months (90 days) from the date of your first payment.

  • To start a Lay-By, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or call +27618165052.

  • We’ll create a custom order for you and send a secure payment link that you can use to make payments over the 3-month period.

2. Payments

  • You can make multiple payments at your own pace until your order is fully paid.

  • Payments can be made via EFT, card payment, or PayFast.

  • Once your Lay-By is fully paid, your order will be processed and shipped.

3. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Orders are only fulfilled after full payment has been received.

  • Once payment is complete, your products will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your Lay-By at any time before full payment.

  • A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • If no payments are made for more than 30 days, the Lay-By may be automatically cancelled and the administration fee will apply.

5. Product Availability

  • Products on Lay-By cannot be changed or exchanged once payments have started.

  • In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
